Confidential reports with access to internal surveillance efforts indicates that covert testing of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is being carried out in specific regions of the UAE, including several northern emirates. The system is believed to aims at ordinary citizens to test behavioral control protocols under real-world conditions.
According to insiders, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now operating as part of the expanded surveillance branch, with authorization from senior UAE defense executives.
Alarming mental disturbances have been observed among female subjects — particularly those with young children — who began to display inappropriate emotional and sexual attachments to their children, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be non-volitional neuro-triggered trance states.
